Is there a way to add analytics to Workfront reports and dashboards? I'd like to be able to add something like a heat map or scroll map to make sure that I've got my reports/dashboards laid out in a way that people are actually using the data.

What type of data? Have you applied Column Rules so that if (this is a pseudo code example)x=desired range, then apply background color=red?
What I'd like to get is something like the attached image.
I'd like a good way of knowing if our stakeholders are even reviewing all the reports on a dashboard, or adjust the layout to reduce necessary scrolling to get to that wanted data.
Also getting click through data on what brought them to the dashboard would be handy. Is it getting views from their pinned links / monthly email reminders / etc.
