Recording Non-Billable Time and not having it appear in teh Actual Hours field on the project level

Does anyone know if that is possible - to create hours records for non-billable ( i know about the not revenue flag) and have them ignored so they are not part of the field Actual Hours on the project record? John Hoebler Cross Country Consulting
