We are in a similar situation and I would like to hear what you find for a solution. We produce so many emails that it would take hours to save as PDFs to upload and proof. It would be great is the proofing tool supported the .msg file. JoLisa Stoneman VGM Marketing

    No, I didn't. My team prefers to save the email as an .msg file because it will show more details when saved in that format. The clients are familiar with this version too. We currently use the options for document approval instead of using the proofing tool.
