Is there a way to create a "Go To Proof" button and Most Recent Comments for Document Version Reports?

I am creating a Document Version Report for Proofs. I have seen a chat regarding a "Go To Proof" button. Has anyone created one that works in this form of report? Also, Is there a way to include Most Recent Comments? If so, would you mind sharing your custom text? Thank you!!

    I'm not sure if you still have this need, but it's possible for the "Go To Proof" button to work in a documents report, I believe it should also work in a document version:

    shortview=true
    textmode=true
