Hi all! Please upvote this idea: Add Templates to Projects in Bulk By selecting multiple projects and clicking "Edit", we should have the option to add a project template to all the projects selected. Use case: we have many projects that all need one task added to them. Instead of adding the task to each project one by one, we want to create a template with the one task and attach this template to all projects in bulk. Kirsten Heikkinen

Here's a new one I'd like to see implemented: auto-send reports to users in the report. I run a number of "exception" reports, looking for items that don't conform to company SOPs. Hi All, Looking for help upvoting this idea: https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSkoAAG/detail - Show Number of Tasks Selected One of my group admins send me this and I found the above idea: I was just thinking that if you're selecting tasks to delete, etc., it would be nice to see how many you have selected to ensure you don't have something still checked that shouldn't be before you hit delete. I know after you hit delete the box pops up and tells you how many are selected but if you have selected multiple, by that time, I usually don't know how many I selected. Whereas, if I select the first task and it says two are selected, I would know that something else is checked somewhere in the project. Sarah Nau

Has anyone else struggled with "Personal Tasks" like we have? We lose a lot of project time to these tasks which should be attributed to specific projects, which are not able to be reported on by default. It's a training nightmare, especially with "Home" making it easier" I was surprised to see so few votes are on this given that it creates a lot of system problems for anyone using projects hours for anything specific. @Matt Marks - That actually is a fair amount of votes relative to the last two year's average. It's incredibly difficult get anything past the threshold anymore unless it's something new that collectively is a big annoyance to most users. If you take a look at all the ideas submitted in the last 18 months (that's about how I've been in the community), take out ones that have to do with issues stemming from a release update, you can probably count on one hand how many made it past the threshold. That said, this too is an issue that we have and I really wish I could disable personal tasks (It has my vote). Sean Sanders | London Drugs
