Custom Form Drop Downs - Combo Typeahead

Sounds like a good feature to us. We don't have many huge dropdowns currently, but I can see it being useful. No downside from our perspective.

Yes! That would be helpful. I just posts a somewhat related idea to the Idea Exchange: The typeahead field with the referenced object type of User is great, but it would be super helpful to be able to filter that field so the requester could only select a certain group or team of users. @Josh Hardman I just saw the video. How exciting! I hate to push but wondering how soon we can get working typeahead fields for other objects like portfolios and programs. LOL -skye

More objects are currently scheduled for Preview release 1 week from today, Oct. 11th. Of course, assuming we get through all the quality checks without problems. But it's looking pretty good. Josh Hardman Product Manager, Workfront

The combo typeahead/dropdown field would be excellent for the filtered typeahead fields also. I'm hesitant to switch my manually updated user dropdown fields over to the filtered typeahead fields without the addition of the dropdown as well. My users who select another user from that field may or may not know exactly who they are looking for so the typeahead alone may not work for them. But with the dropdown, they can at least look for a name they recognize for a clue :) But I'm still real excited that this is heading in a great direction.

Is there a way to have the typeahead fields filter off each other?
