Are others seeing Chinese in places in WF today?

Hi, many but not all of my users are reporting seeing Chinese in places in WF today, across Edge, Chrome, Firefox. All have cleared cache and checked browser language settings and it's still happening. Not happening for me though! WF One is saying it's browser related but this is all of a sudden for many people, wasn't happening last week. Anyone else?

    in our instance we also had few reports about this happening. But that was temporary only

    I have seen this sort of thing happen if the website font fails to load. Usually it's gibberish though, not Hanzi or Kanji.
