Accomplishments and Working On tabs

We have a few managers that really leaned hard on those tabs in classic view (Accomplishments and Working On, from the People Tab). I have created dashboards that essentially do the same, but I was wondering if anybody has ran into this and has their Team leaders leveraging other tools now in NWE. Enhanced Analytics, Workload Balancer, etc...?
