Workload Balancer. Distinguish "ready to start" tasks vs "not ready to start" tasks

In the Workload Balancer, tasks only show in teal = planning and green = current. It would be helpful to distinguish "ready to start" tasks vs "not ready to start" tasks. Resource Managers want to use the Workload Balancer to see which tasks can be reassigned to help even out workloads among the team.

I think this is a good idea but all my tasks are in blue regardless of Can Start status. How do you get the color code?

Was this ever resolved? This is keeping me from using Workload Balancer because our tasks very commonly have predecessors.
