WIP Limit Change

Would like to be able to change the WIP limit per status column and not force the same number for every column. If the matrix/swim lanes were there, we could set the WIP for each worker. WIP shouldn’t really be based on status. It should be based on worker.

    I agree with you, Mailory: WIP limits should be at least configurable per status column and not an across-the-board thing. I have also used the swim lane WIP limits (per status) in other software and found that very helpful. For now I'd just like the column/status WIPs.

    Agreed. I had an idea posted earlier in the thread with the same thought. I like the idea of being able to set a WIP per person.
