When suggesting people for assignment to a task, take group into consideration

We have many different groups within our company. Each of these groups have similar job roles. When I type in "Apps Eng" as the job role for a project that is assigned the Wireless Power group, it shows me results for people in all other groups. It would be far more useful if it only showed me users who had the Wireless Power group in their user profile.
