Timestamp on custom forms

Adding a feature that allows for a field to be added to a custom form that auto timestamps the custom form with the date and time that the custom form was created and/or updated. It would be helpful for me and my team to see when custom forms were added to/updated on task in order to track it for internal processes we use.
