Send an Email Notification when a Scheduled Sandbox Refresh has been Delayed

A couple of weeks ago we scheduled a refresh of our Sandbox environment. The refresh was scheduled for the same day but in the evening. When I logged in to the environment on the following day, the scheduled refresh had not happened. Instead the banner stated that the refresh was slated to occur 2 days later.


I contacted Workfront Support regarding this and they stated that our sandbox refresh was being held up by a different company's sandbox refresh. Apparently, this sandbox was taking multiple nights to refresh and ours couldn't startuntil their's had finished.


An email notification would be a great way to alert us to the fact that the environment will not refresh as planned.
