"Entered via/through" reportable field for tracking objects created through app usage

Workfront has a lot of external apps, most of which you can create a new request through, and some apps allow you to create projects and tasks as well.

Companies would like to be able to track the utilization of these apps, but there is currently no way to pull information on how the request/issue was created, only when or by who.

It would be good to see if the request was created via the Teams app or in the Outlook app.
