HI Team,
Once proof Create then there is icons like S O C D (once user start reviewing then this icons color change as below [got from WF support team])
But here so many users are confusing even if the proof rejected or change requires also color goes to Green, then users thought it's approved.
this case user requires to check Approvals by going workflow, but all users are expecting to see this (approved/rejected/change requires) in main page itself in so option like it's approved or not OR 'D' icon color should be RED or Orange..
Green: Complete.
White: Not complete.
Orange: Not complete and deadline is less than 24 hours.
Red: Not complete and past the deadline.
