Program Optimizer

It would be great to be able to run the Portfolio Optimizer but in the program view. We have a lot of programs per Portfolio and they have different owners so being able to organize them and prioritize them that way would be great.

Has there been an answer to this anywhere?  I would like to run the optimizer at the program level as well.
