More delay/lag email notifications

Hi,

We were looking for more controls around email notifications. I had a user ask me if we can delay notifications or to send an email if perhaps it stays unassigned for a certain amount of time? I thought that sounded like a decent idea and would love to see more enhancement in that area.

    I agree, more control over emails would be nice.

    Also, it would be helpful that as an admin, if I could see what emails go out to my users. I feel blind to this & it would really help if I could confidently tell my users what is occurring.
