Increase the amount of allowed IP Ranges for Whitelist

We'd like to see an increase in the amount of IP ranges allowed for whitelisting. Large corporations tend to have many alliances and business partners where IP ranges need to be loaded. Increasing the limit would be very helpful as we quickly reach the limit
