There are certain issues and tasks that I want to be notified whenever a new update is made on it, without being assigned to it.

Expanding on this:

1. YES - add the ability to "follow" any project, task or issue for a notification of any activity on it. Could also have a section in Notifications on "Items I'm Following" to allow the user to customize what they do/don't want to see.

2. Would love to see a section on notifications for PM's where they could select activities on their projects ad nauseum to get notified about.

Nice! This has been requested by so many of our company's users, given that they are accustomed to this functionality that other systems have.

Hi all,

I am excited to let you know that we have released initial version of this functionality to Preview and it's available for you to test. We are still working on this feature and some capabilities are planned to be added with later releases. Please feel free to try this out in Preview and let me know your feedback.

Hi all,

With the most recent release, we have enabled the functionality to subscribe to projects, tasks and issues and receive emails when somebody posts a comment. You can review the details about this functionality under this article. I would appreciate if you can let me know how your users have been using it and how it helped them to be more efficient at work.

Thanks,

@AnnaGr1  can you please share updated links?  The ones in your previous posts no longer work.  My company is looking to leverage this type of functionality and I haven't been able to find reference to it, except in this message board.
