Expand "Drafts" Idea to Project Issues

Hi - we utilize the Queue Topic and Routing Rules feature on almost every single project to make things easier for shared services team. In a recent release, a "Drafts" feature was added to the global Request area. We would love it if that functionality could also be added to the Issues area of a specific document.

Drafts in project request queues would be a great improvement.
