Email Notification To Project Sponsor Only Upon Project Completion

We have the "Project Completion to Project Team" notification enabled which notifies everyone on the project.

It would be helpful if we had the option to notify only the Project Sponsor when their project is complete to cut down on emails/notifications. When people are finished with their tasks on a project they move on and don't care when the project gets completed.
