Central location for user to control proof and WF notifications

We struggle with users having to go to several different places to control all the different notifications. There should be one central location where a user can control all notifications.

Users should be able to control the following from their profile where they control all the other notifications:

-Late Proof Alerts

-At Risk Proof Alerts

-Default proof email type (All Activity, Decisions, Disabled, etc.)
