PREVIEW TESTING - Filter Issue with 22.1 Release Bulk Assignment tool -
When a manager has the resource planning filtered to their group, and clicks the Bulk Assignment tool, the list of the projects in the list has nothing to do with the group selected. It just has a random lists of projects in there. I still think this results in a confusing and unappealing user experience. We have a department that uses Workfront completely differently than the rest of the company. I don’t want to ever see their projects in there. I think that this list should either be blank with a drop down of all projects, or filtered to match the filtered list in "unassigned projects" . Otherwise what we see is very confusing, especially for brand new resource managers. I strongly believe that Workfront should change this ‚Äì it isn’t benefiting the user at all the way it is currently setup.
