Alert other "Team" members when one member clicks "work on it" button

System should somehow "flag" project that one of the team members has clicked on the "work on it" button, so all members are aware. The project can stay on all team members' list, but they should at least be notified of the change.

Either an automated "update" at the project level, or perhaps a change of color to the "work on it" button with a note under it that says "one of your team mates has chosen to "work on it".

This seems like a VERY simple fix and shouldn't require many other users to ask for it. I say, just add it to the next update!!!!!!

I would add that it should also be a field that can be selected for a report or a column to view which tasks have "work on it" clicked. OR the Task Status changes to a certain identifier based on the "work on it" being clicked.
