Ability to pull Budgeted Labor Cost into a Project Report

On the Project -> Business Case a "Budgeted Labor Cost" is displayed in the Resource Budgeting section (just after the Legacy Resource Estimates section). There isn't a way to pull this data into a report and we'd really like to be able to use it with project reports.

    There is a Budgeted Labor Cost field in the Financial Data report, however, when I add it to my report, it doesn't pull any data from my project.. not sure why that is or if the field references something else entirely? I too would like to have access to the Business Case Budgeted Labor Cost area.
