All I see the experience league videos to follow the exercise walkthrough and do practice in test instance for fusion learning.
Its very hard to follow and understand the capability for a person who has no coding background or Developer experience.
I would want to know if there is any Bootcamp kind of training that Adobe provides/provided in the past.

I just took the Fusion Training. It's called "Manage Connections and Workflows in Adobe Workfront Fusion". It's listed on the Adobe Learning site: https://learning.adobe.com/courses.html?products=Workfront&text=fusion
There's a cost, but I'm completely new to Fusion and it helped me a great deal.
I don't see Adobe offerings on this. A few suggestions:
I'm not sure a coding background or dev experience are requirements for learning Fusion. Yes, you should know what variables, loops, switches, HTTP calls are. If these are foreign concepts, maybe try a coding class (Javascript, Python, heck - even VBscript!) .
Best is to just start noodling around. Do you have a Fusion environment? If not, and you cannot ask your employer to get one, get a Make.com subscription. Then - get your hands dirty and come back here with questions.
