Workfront User Groups Now Live!

Hello Workfront Community,

I have exciting news to share! Workfront has joined the Adobe User Group program.

Workfront User Groups (WUGs) are customer-led groups intended to help individuals succeed with using Workfront. WUGs aim to bring together regional Workfront users virtually and/or in person to create open and inclusive communities to:

• Network with peers
• Collectively problem-solve
• Share tips and best practices
• Provide ongoing education for skill improvement

Our first two chapters have just launched – WUG-Southern California and WUG-New York City. WUG-SoCal is having their kickoff event (virtual) on March 5th. If you reside in that area, sign up to attend! WUG-NYC will be scheduling their kick-off event soon.

Pre-Adobe there was an active Pittsburgh Workfront user group. I'd love to see that come back.

@Heather_Kulbacki You have always been such a strong supporter of User Groups. That Pittsburgh group ran all the way through the pandemic (virtual, of course). I loved those.

I love that this is returning! I attended a NYC event Pre-COVID (and pre-Adobe owning Workfront) and it was great meeting fellow admins and users. It's great being able to "talk Workfront" with people who understand what the heck you're talking about.

I'll definitely be attending virtual events, but I'm curious if this will extend to in-person meetups in the future. Again, it's lovely being able to chat with other Workfront users in 3D space.

Hi @JohnJOSullivan  I'm glad that you are excited! You should join the NYC chapter: https://workfront-augs.adobe.com/wug-new-york-city/. They are getting ramped up and should have their first event in a month or so. I'm pretty sure some in-person meetings will be in the plan. And feel free to use my quote in any way you want. I tend to have very quotable things when commenting here. After all, I proved to the world that Santa uses Workfront.

Oh my gosh,  @JohnJOSullivan. The Santa uses Workfront is, to this day, one of my all time favorite Workfront community moments. Thank you for reminding me of this amazing post!!
