As a certified Adobe Workfront Technical Lead and System Administrator, Becky Barus has spent over four years at Qualcomm leveraging her extensive marketing background of over eleven years. She specializes in streamlining process workflows and facilitating discovery sessions that drive organizational alignment. Becky has championed Workfront adoption and change management initiatives, successfully boosting user engagement across the platform. In her role as global trainer, she spearheaded the Workfront launch for Marketing and extended access to more than 45,000 Qualcomm employees worldwide. Her core competencies encompass building custom solutions, configuring Workfront implementations for enhanced project management efficiency across diverse teams, and managing processes and integrations throughout the content supply chain.
