Hi, Often times I need to import a lot of html files with translations of the same email. Is it possible to include the subject line in the html file that is imported so that it is automatically set? Over here translated html files are generated with a script and then imported manually. It would be great to not have to open the right translation, find the subject line in that translation and copy paste in to the editor but instead have it included in the html when this is generated. Hope someone...

I raised this issue with the help desk. It's currently not possible. It's been raised as an improvement. You can search for the id-neo-6261 in future product release to see whether it's fixed.

Hi Everybody,I want to send an email that includes a count of profiles that satisfy specific criteria. Is it possible to create an additional data element, that counts the number of profiles in a query and include this in an email to a specific address? For example run a query that selects all profiles which have been modified in the last 30 days. Count the number of profiles and include this number in a scheduled email?Kind regards,Bart

Hi All,I'm experiencing problems when inserting a personalization field in a link. The personalisation field contains the entire url for a link. The html code in the editor looks like this:linkThe html code in email clients looks like this:linkThere's seems to be a problem with the url encoding. How can I fix this? For this is I prefer a flexible solution, a content block including static label, that creates a link with a static label is something I rather not have. Many thanks, in advance.Bart
