That is correct. We don't provide lift and confidence on calculated metrics - expect RPV/AOV. You have to use the raw counting metrics to see lift and confidence.

Gauresh is correct the CSV download automatically includes all metrics and all reporting audiences. It doesn't just download the metrics in the current view. I agree this greying out of the button is confusing.-Ryan
