• Think of it like an overlay, pop-up, or banner triggered by behavior. Example: Healthcare enrollment

Web channel:

• A persistent, content-driven update to the website via AJO, often through dynamic content or personalization blocks. The content remains on the page as long as the targeting condition is met. Example: Hero banner personalization.
