Hi Team,

Could someone please provide examples of UTM source contextual attributes? A screenshot would be very helpful for better understanding.

  • Source action id: ID of the Email action added to the journey or campaign.

  • Source action name: name of the Email action added to the journey or campaign.

  • Source id: ID of the journey or campaign the email was sent with.

  • Source name: name of the journey or campaign the email was sent with.

  • Source version id: ID of the journey or campaign version the email was sent with.

  • Offer id: ID of the offer used in the email.

Personnaly I don’t see any value for using IDs as they’re autogenerated by the system and you’ll need do reconciliation again later (but maybe with CJA they’re automatically mapped)

that being said, I’m usually adding action name and name. As example for a birthday, the source name will be you journey label and source action name will be Emails labels.

It will allow you to track who clicked on email touch 1 or touch 2

Thanks,

David
