Unable to run test mode while adding tracking URL in SMS action.

Hi All,

When I am trying to add a tracking URL in my SMS content and switch the journey to Test Mode I am getting below error.

Note: I am able to switch the journey to Test Mode and send sms successfully without tracking url.

Hi @satheeskannak ,

 

On further analysis we found that the subdomain delegation for SMS is not in place for our current AJO sandbox. According to the documentation a subdomain should be linked to the channel surface to use URL shortening function. Refer the documentation for more details.

@sr10, I did try the helper function in email and it didn't work. Again don't see anything on the documentation for the helper function Url. Maybe reaching out to support and see if they can help. I would like to know if you find anything.
