I have created test profiles in AJO but was unable to use them in my audience set configuration. what could be the reason for this? Though i am using correct field names while configuring the audience set.

Let's say i have a created a test profiles with the following fields.

Country: US

Gender: Male

age: ranging from 25-35.

and have the test profile field value = true.

so when am creating the audience set with the following rules:

Country = US AND test profile = true AND age >= 25.

Ideally my profiles should qualify and the estimated count section should reflect some count right? but in this case its showing nothing.

Take a look at this note on how profile estimates are generated. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/segmentation/api/previews-and-estimat...

Profiles will qualify against the segment based on how it is configured. If it is a batch segment (it needs to wait for the batch job evaluation) and post that you should see the segment membership. If it is a streaming segment, data needs to be streamed in.

@phani_rajesh_reddy_manam kindly check if the testProfile is set to true and if the identity namespace matches with the one configured in audience qualification / read audience nodes in journey. If it's event triggered (also, check if the event definition is being satisfied)

Yeah the test profile value is set to true and have used only two fields out of my profile to create the audience

1. country is US

2. Test profile value is true.

Also does these test profiles will be used for unified experience - as in if the event data wrt these can be updated in real time like the real profiles?

I am able to view the count post publish and manually evaluating the audience set. Thanks 😊
