I did a DNS lookup for cx.blesscollectionhotels.com and don't see any entries against them. You must add the NS records in the DNS to make it work.

 

Also, ensure these entries do not conflict with any other NS record.

Have you created the NS records at your hosting service? You need to do that before you can actually submit the subdomain 🙂

I can see an entry now.
