SMS IPs or domain

Hi, I’m currently working on an SMS integration with a custom provider, and they’ve asked me the following:

“To proceed with the activation of the instance, we need to know from which IP or domain we’ll receive the requests so we can allow them through our firewall.”

Do you know if SMS traffic is actually associated with specific IPs or domains? I’m a bit unsure about how that works in this context.

The necessity for whitelisting Adobe IP addresses depends on the custom SMS provider, and it also uses API authentication. If they require this, you will need to submit a ticket with Adobe Support, who can provide the necessary details.
