Is it possible to send app push notifications from AJO to devices with Hauwei software?

Push notifications work for iOS and Android. If your Huawei device is using Android (as iOS is reserved to Apple only) then you should be able to send push notifications.

    But if the Huawei device is using Huawei Mobile Services?
