What is the purpose of jump action in the journey?

Can we set a time period in an origin journey to start target journey using jump action in a journey?

Multiple audience can enter the journey while using jump action?

Think of the Jump action as a "journey fragment" of sorts. You can have multiple Journeys link to another Journey via the jump action. When using the Jump action you can set certain values for the events to start the Journey that you are jumping to. We've had multiple customers create multiple transaction type journeys that all jump to the same "finish" journey. This allows for some control where you may have to have a common action or message that is used across journeys with different paths to start. Hope that makes sense!

@mailvizhi_sakthivel ,

The "Jump" action in a journey serves the purpose of transferring contacts or audience members from one journey to another, allowing for the creation of sequential or multi-step marketing experiences. It can be used to trigger a follow-up journey after a specific action or condition is met in the original journey. The "Jump" action can be configured to include time-based triggers to start the target journey after a designated time period. It also allows for dynamic audience segmentation, enabling multiple audiences with different attributes or behaviors to enter the journey and be directed to specific target journeys based on these criteria.
