Push notification Android, app open is not getting tracked in AJO

Hi,

I have successfully implemented Push notification in my AJO instance and I am able to do push notifications from AJO, but I am not able to get any open tracking details of my push notification. I am getting the below errors while creating a session with Assurance. PFB the screenshot. Would appreciate any assistance

Hi @sr10

The tracking is done on the Mobile SDK side, so if you don't have any data in the trakcing datset mentioned earlier, please review the deployment of the AJO extension in mobile SDK in Launch and app

@sr10, Which step on the assurance documentation fails? Also, can you check the profile to see whether these push events are captured?

Hi,

I have created a session with assurance for my push notification debug in android app. While establishing connection I am receiving these errors in the events.
Yes, the profile is getting generated and also the events are getting captured against the profile.

Note: I am able to send out push notification successfully.
