Hi,
I have created offers based on male and female audiences, when i try to evaluate the decision scope in Simulation with test profile, it only gives the fallback offer, but total profile estimate for both male and female audiences is 1 or more.

@ArunLaThe estimated audience size may not accurately reflect the qualified audience, which could be why the relevant offer is not displayed. Once profiles become eligible for the audience, the correct offer should display.
Please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue.

The audiences are evaluated correctly, I have 2 female users, simulation should show female offers when female profile selected, but its not happening, what could be the reason ? I do not have "Product Profile" role assigned to my account, is that a reason why decisions not evaluated correctly ?

@ArunLa "Product Profile" role assignment shouldn't be an issue.
Check offer start and end dates, other configurations look fine.

In some doc, Its mentioned that, offer decisioning with websdk is avalable for selected users, is it still the case ? But Simulation should work, even web sdk integrations is not working.

The offer decision with Web SDK appears to be available globally now, however, simulation should work independently of Web SDK.
The offer and decision creation look correct. Please create a support ticket and share your findings here.
