New AJO Reporting UI - is the data accurate? Which is the better interface?

I am noticing in the new AJO Reporting UI that I cannot see the individual emails in the report only the total performance for the campaign.  So comparing the performance of emails is not possible in the case of an A/B Test.

Also I noticed a very big different in the number appearing in the opens and unique open.  So much so, that I have stopped using it and returned to the standard.

Which is the better and more reliable interface?

Hi @caveman77 Opens and Unique opens are by the definition as below:

Opens

  • Definition: An "Open" occurs when a recipient clicks on the link to view the content of an email.
  • Includes: Multiple opens from the same recipient count as individual opens.

Unique Opens

  • Definition: A "Unique Open" occurs when a recipient opens an email for the first time.
  • Excludes: Subsequent opens from the same recipient are not counted as unique opens.

One tracking limitation could be: Some email clients or devices may not support tracking opens, leading to underreporting.

New reporting not showing data properly where as the same duration, old reporting interface showing numbers. Is that the common issue after the new interface?
