Link-Unsubscribe is not working!

Dear Community,

I hope you're doing well.

I am currently facing an issue with the One-Click Unsubscribe URL implementation in Adobe Journey Optimizer. Despite following the standard setup steps, the unsubscribe link does not appear to be functioning as expected.

Could you please assist me in identifying the cause and guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

You can't directly get to the list-unsubscribe URL. Typically, the unsubscribe header should appear in email clients to confirm that it's functioning. Another way to check is to see if the list unsubscribe is present in the header; you can do this by viewing the source and searching for 'unsubscribe' to find it.,

    • If you're noticing that the list-unsubscribe link isn't showing up in your emails, it could be due to the fact that you just began sending messages from AJO. As you continue to send out emails, the list-unsubscribe option should eventually appear. If you want to double-check whether the links are there, you can view the source and search for 'unsubscribe' to find that section.
    • If you can see the list-unsubscribe link in the emails but it's not functioning, that's a separate problem. If that's the case, please share more details about the error you're encountering.
