I need help to prepare a visual end to end customer journey dashboard by using journey analytics. Is there any documents I can use

AJO provide out of box journey report as shown in below screenshot.

Live report: Live report to measure and visualize in real-time the impact and performances of your journeys and your messages

Global report: Global report to measure the impact of your journeys and deliveries over a selected time period

I think, you can not do any customization in this out of the box reporting. But it will provide most of the information which is required.
