journey canvas limitations

Hi ,

I can not add any calculated metrics in journey canvas of cja , is there any other limitation like this in journey canvas , or is there a way to add calculated metrics as well in the journey canvas visualization , if yes please help and also if you could list out few things which cannot be accomplished in this could help in my research

Hi @dineshpr ,

All the information you need should be available in Journey canvas documentation.

What you mentioned about calculated metrics doesn't seem to be true as the documentation states you can use calculated metrics in the journey canvas,

I suspect the metric you have created might not be compatible with this visualization. Try to create some simpler metric and see if you are able to use it in journey canvas.
