Issue with "Add Business Rule" Option After February 2025 Release

Hi everyone,

 

Following the February 2025 Release Notes, the Result Sets feature has been deployed, and I was able to create them in the sandbox I use. However, I noticed that the "Add Business Rule" option is missing in the channel configuration for both Campaigns and Journeys.

 

Is there a way to ensure that Result Sets work for all deliveries, just like Business Rules did before this latest production release?

I can see the 'Add Business Rule' option in the sandbox, where Adobe explicitly enabled it for testing before the GA release. However, I do not see the 'Add Business Rule' option in other servers/Sandbox, and this is not something that can be enabled by partners.

As suggested, please reach out to Adobe Support and share the resolution here once you receive an update.

Our organization had the opportunity to participate in the testing of the 'Business Rules' feature prior to its global release. During this phase, I observed that while the 'Add Business Rule' option was available at the email configuration level within journeys, it was not present at the campaign email level. This feedback was shared with Adobe at the time.

Now that the feature has been officially announced as globally released, I have noticed that its full functionality is not available on some client AJO servers. I would suggest reaching out to Adobe Support for further clarification.

Based on the documentation, these rule sets do not apply to all deliveries; they only apply to journeys and campaigns where they are explicitly added.

I checked the Email configuration in Journeys, but I still don't see the "Add Business Rule" option on my sandbox. Let me know if there's anything else I should verify.
