How to use multiple Audience in AJO Campaign

We want to use more than one audience in AJO Campaign to suppress the unsubscribe how we can achieve this?

@amitma2 a few options exists -

1) you can manage suppression lists here: Suppression list | Adobe Journey Optimizer

2) you can use Audience Compositions to combine/exclude different audiences: Introduction to Audience Portal and Composition | Adobe Experience Platform
