Excluding Members from Audience based on the custom action configured in AJO

Hi All,

I'm currently setting up custom actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to send profile attribute details to an external API. However, I need assistance with creating an Audience to exclude members to whom I've already sent data on the same day. Additionally, I plan to use this Audience as entry criteria for the journey. Can I exclude members in the Audience? I didn't see any events happening in the profile after the profile details are sent via custom action, which is why I'm a little confused here. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

@Deepak_Kv  after custom action, update profile https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journe... and exclude the profiles based on updated profile attribute which are part of custom action from the audience which needs to be targeted in next journey.
