Event creation in AJO

Hello Community,

I am here with a silly question!! 🙂

I am trying to create an event in AJO, I am following adobe documentation mentioned here : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/configure-journeys/events-journeys/unitary-events/about-creating.html?lang=en

I did create the event, but i am not able to use it, am I missing any steps after saving ?

I see the event but seems to be not active. AddToCart_Test

Hello, It is rule based, ahh got it ! Thank you ! i was using it in a journey which had an event whose namespace wasnt same! so it wasnt the issue of event itself, but thank you for your help !

@divya104  possible to share event configuration screenshot ? is it rule based or system generated event?

 

Also share info after clicking (i) beside inactive AddToCart_Test event
