Hi Community,
Is there a feature available in AJO that allows flexibility in scheduling email deployments based on the customer's time Zone?

Hi @DavidKangni
In my scenario, I want to send an email at 10 AM to my audience, which consists of two profiles: one in IST (Indian Standard Time) and the other in EST (Eastern Standard Time). The goal is that Profile A (in IST) should receive the email at 10 AM IST, and Profile B (in EST) should receive it at 10 AM EST. However, the journey trigger should only occur once. How can I configure this in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)? Which field do I need to update for the time zone, and how can I test this scenario?

@Ajo_WisdomChase - can you let me know which field in Profile you are using to determine which time zone to send? Or are you trying to determine time zone based on the profiles home/shipping address? We have some enhancements we are working on to better support this capability.

If you want to use the ootb feature, I shared earlier you have to populate correctly the timeZone field existing in the Preference Details field group.
If you have your own time zone based on location then you can leverage your custom field and use wait in journeys.
Below I have a field based on State in US. My journey starts on EST as it's the first timezone and then I use wait to define distribute the delivery to customers.
Thanks,
David
