Email Design - Error -> Payload larger than 2MB (JOMAL - 1013-413)

I'm trying to upload a zip file to the email designer inside AJO, everything gets uploaded but when I try to save I get this error.

 

Is the maximum payload 2MB?

    Payload size for the upload in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is exceeding the maximum limit, which is 2MB.

     

    Here are a few things you can do to resolve the error:

    • Reduce file size

    • Use external hosting for large assets

    • Split your content
